Delete your account

For when the app is no longer on your phone. We email you a code, and nothing is deleted until you confirm with it.

What deletion does

What the service does today when an account is deleted, here or in the app (Account, Privacy and data).

You are signed out on every phone. When the app next connects, it clears what it still holds of the account.
Your profile: name, title, registration number, phone, email address and saved signature.
Your firm name, logo and stamp, your report styles and your saved contacts.
Every link you sent stops working.

Every stored file: photos, voice notes, signatures, logos and PDFs, those of signed reports included.
Reports you never signed, with their history and transcripts.
The records of AI drafting and photo checks, your uploads and data exports, the list of what you sent, and any feedback you sent us.

Signed reports, as they were signed: each signed revision (site, client, findings, voice transcripts, the signer’s name and registration number) and its audit trail. A signed report can never be changed or removed afterwards. Its photos and PDFs are deleted, and its links say the report was removed.
Billing records: plan, purchases, usage counts and invite credits. They hold no report content.
A one-way hash of your email address, so the same address does not get the free reports again.
Usage events, as counts with no link to you.

A store subscription keeps billing until you cancel it: in Google Play under Subscriptions, or on iPhone in Settings, your name, Subscriptions.
With the app still on your phone, you can delete there instead: Account, Privacy and data, Delete account.
