Terms

Arkan Siteseal (“Siteseal”) is operated by Digital Cubic Smart Solutions, Office 1705, Opal Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. It helps site engineers capture photos and voice notes, draft findings with AI and produce signed PDF reports. Capture works offline and syncs when connected.

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that email private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Give accurate details. The licence or registration number you enter is shown on your reports as you typed it. We do not check it.

The AI drafts and you decide. A report is yours: you review every finding and the summary, and you attest when you sign. Siteseal prints only content you stated or verified.

Check every measurement, quantity and judgement before you sign. Siteseal does not replace your professional responsibility, and a signed report is your statement, not ours.

A signed report cannot be changed. A correction is a new revision with a change log.

Purchases are disabled in the current release. These planned prices are in UAE dirhams, incl. 5% VAT.

If store purchases are enabled later, they will be made through the App Store or Google Play and cancelled there, in your store subscriptions. Deleting your Siteseal account does not cancel a store subscription.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep what you have paid for until the period ends, and your signed reports stay yours.

Do not use Siteseal to:

• sign a report you have not reviewed;
• record or photograph people without a lawful reason;
• upload content you have no right to share;
• probe, overload or break the service, or try to reach another firm’s data.

Your photos, voice notes and reports are yours. You allow us to store and process them to run the service, as described on the Privacy page.

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we provide it as it is. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of a report, for losses that were not foreseeable, or for interruptions outside our control. Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
